Return Eligibility

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Due to the nature of our products, opened kits or products that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return instructions and shipping address
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive subscription boxes until the cancellation takes effect.

Refunds for subscription boxes already shipped are subject to our standard return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
